Om Glass Works operates around the clock, producing premium glass products with a strong emphasis on precision and safety. Our facility holds ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certifications, upholding the highest standards in manufacturing. Additionally, we have successfully completed a rigorous SMETA four-pillar audit, further solidifying our commitment to ethical and sustainable practices.
We specialize in flint-grade glass bottles with a production capacity of 250 tonnes per day. Additionally, we have a dedicated furnace for producing 160 tonnes per day of amber-colored glass. All production lines feature advanced empty bottle inspection machines, with continuous online quality checks to ensure consistency and excellence in every product we deliver.

Pankaj Glass Works is a premier manufacturer of cosmetic-grade glass bottles, with a production capacity of 110 tonnes per day. Our state-of-the-art facility is designed to meet the highest industry standards. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we’ve installed a 2 MW solar panel system, marking our initial move towards greener manufacturing practices.
Our vertically integrated operations include in-house units for coating, printing, metalizing, and plastic cap manufacturing, giving us complete control over quality and timelines. Utilizing advanced quarter gob machines, we produce six lakh nail polish bottles per day. Additionally, we operate our own unit for manufacturing spare parts for IS machines, further enhancing our operational efficiency and reliability. Advance Lamp Components and Tableware specializes in producing premium-quality Emerald Green glass bottles, available in 330 ML and 650 ML sizes. Our 10-acre facility is equipped with state-of-the-art inspection machines from Emhart Glass, ensuring precision and quality in every bottle we create.
With a total production capacity of 160 tonnes per day, we are well-equipped to meet the demands of our clients.
